Since Dension is working with 3^rd party delivery services all delivery times are based upon approximation. Therefore when placing an order on our webshop you will see a timeframe attached to the delivery service chosen by you. We are unable to specify exact delivery times. Please make sure that an adult (age 18 or older) will be able to sign for the delivery of your item(s). We are only able to provide delivery to the threshold of your residence.

Delivery process

The following steps are made during checkout:

• Verify your delivery address
• Select the delivery service
• Please pay attention to the delivery timeframe regarding the service chosen
• Please check the confirmation e-mail sent to you about your order
• Please make sure that an adult age 18 or order is available to sign for the delivery
• If for some reason the delivery cannot be made the delivery service will give you a phone call to the number you registered upon checkout to schedule a new delivery time

Users should provide all data on the registration form to validate the order – particularly but not solely: phone number. Dension will not be liable for any delivery problems, delays or cancellations due to insufficient data provided by User.
